  • We write it for your seller so they don't worry about usury laws

To Submit Your Loan Request Follow These 5 Easy Steps:

  1. Printout, complete and fax your loan submission
  2. Include the completed 1008 and 1003
  3. We usually give you preliminary approval the same day!
  4. You then communicate approval and loan terms to your borrower
  5. Once your borrower approves of loan and terms, fax us the Information, Authorization and Disclosure form
